Job Responsibilities

As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that ensure the smooth operation of our culinary offerings. Your duties will include:

• Fresh preparation of warm dishes using a wok on a gas stove
• Fresh preparation of cold dishes
• Plating and presentation of dishes
• Assisting with all tasks in the kitchen
• Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards are met
• Creating staff schedules and duty rosters
• Managing inventory, including ordering and inventory control
