Job Description
- Preparation of typical dishes from local and regional cuisine
- Autonomous kitchen management
- Organization of orders and coordination of service
- Preparation of appetizers, first courses, second courses, and traditional desserts
- Attention to the presentation of dishes in accordance with tradition
- Management and control of food stocks
- Compliance with hygiene regulations (HACCP)
We Expect
- Proven experience as a cook, preferably in traditional restaurants or "grotti"
- Excellent knowledge of typical regional and seasonal cuisine
- Native Italian speaker; knowledge of German and dialects will be considered a plus
- Ability to work independently
- Precision, organization, and cleanliness
- Stress resistance and ability to work during busy periods
- Flexible working hours (evenings, weekends, and holidays), especially from Thursday to Sunday
- Teamwork attitude
We Offer
- Seasonal work from May to October
