MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Establishing, developing, and analyzing the maintenance policy and program of the Part-CAMO.
- Maintaining and ensuring continuity of relationships with Part-145 / Part-CAO contractors.
- Verifying that subcontractors receiving a Company work order are duly certified to perform the required work.
- Planning and following up on Line and Base maintenance activities.
- Issuing work orders and coordinating resources for the Part-CAMO work.
- Ensuring consistent achievement of internal Part-CAMO requirements.
- Carrying out all maintenance activities in accordance with the maintenance contract.
- Conducting technical follow-ups and analyses of the Aircraft Technical Log (ATL).
- Verifying work reports, technical records, and aircraft release to service from customers.
- Ensuring modifications and repairs are performed to an approved standard.
- Verifying the embodiment and status of Airworthiness Directives.
- Monitoring the Operator's aircraft non-mandatory modification embodiment policy and following up on MEL / HIL items.
- Overseeing Computerized Maintenance Programs.
- Communicating effectively and maintaining strong customer relationships while acting as a company ambassador.
- Coordinating scheduled and unscheduled maintenance with contracted Maintenance Organizations.
- Assisting the DNPCA / NPCA in evaluating ADs, SBs, and SILs.
- Ensuring the retention of continuing airworthiness records and administering the continuing airworthiness of assigned aircraft.
REQUIREMENTS
Candidates should possess the following qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar civil aviation environment position, with at least 2 years in maintenance control activities, holding or having held a B1, B2, or C license.
- Technical education.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office tools and strong IT skills.
- Excellent reputation with a clean criminal record and certificates from the debt collection register.
- Proficiency in both French and English; additional European languages such as German are a plus.
- Eligibility to work in Switzerland; established in Switzerland or willing to relocate to the Neuchâtel region.
