As a Consultant in our Global Employer Services (GES) team, you will provide tax advisory and compliance services to our clients. You will work on global engagements and collaborate with your team to offer international organizations top-tier services in global mobility tax, social security, immigration, compensation, advisory, technology, analytics, reward, employment tax, and share plans—empowering our clients to successfully navigate international mobility.

How You Can Make an Impact

• Engage in client contact and lead cross-divisional projects across various industries from day one.
• Provide individual tax compliance and advisory services for international corporate clients and individuals.
• Collaborate with other experts on multidisciplinary advisory projects covering a wide range of Swiss tax and mobility-related topics.
• Maintain and develop client relationships through direct communication with our clients and their global workforce.
• Join an international and interdisciplinary team that offers ample on-the-job learning opportunities.

Who We Are Looking For

• You are curious, bold, and integrative, possessing a positive, results-oriented attitude and a readiness to take responsibility and develop solutions for diverse clients.
• You have a thirst for knowledge and growth, enjoy challenging the status quo, and work independently, efficiently, and with a solution-oriented mindset.
• You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree from a university or university of applied sciences in law, business administration, or a related field, ideally with tax knowledge.
• You have strong attention to detail, are proficient in MS Office applications, and possess an aptitude for technology and analytics.
• You communicate fluently in both French and English; additional languages are a plus.
