How You Can Make an Impact

• Develop data strategies that help clients meet their business objectives across regulatory, cost, and revenue dimensions.
• Design data and analytics transformations by providing architectural, technical, and organizational thought leadership, guiding clients in executing these transformations.
• Drive Data & AI use cases from conceptualization to production.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients through project work and business development, while expanding your network internally and externally.
• Support business development efforts to generate new project opportunities.
• Serve as a role model for colleagues by demonstrating a strong work ethic, leadership, and subject matter expertise.
• Enhance your expertise across various industries and share knowledge with Deloitte talent.

Consulting and Communication Skills:

• Strong Microsoft PowerPoint skills for creating impactful presentations.
• Strong conceptual capability to consolidate diverse requirements into coherent solutions, simplifying complex issues.
• Business-IT translator skills, proficient in leading requirement analysis and bridging business needs with technical solutions.
• Technical design expertise, with attention to detail in conveying complex specifics of solution design in verbal and written formats during meetings and workshops.

Technical Expertise:

• Strong background in Engineering and/or Mathematics.
• Familiarity with Python; experience with R is a plus.
• Initial hands-on experience with Generative AI, AI, Machine Learning, or Analytics solutions is recommended.
• Experience with data science workbench tools such as Snowflake, Databricks, and Dataiku is advantageous.

Language Proficiency:

• Fluent in English; proficiency in German and/or French is highly preferred to foster communication with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Industry Experience:

• Relevant experience in consulting, technology companies, or industry-specific roles, particularly in data-driven fields.
• Prior experience in the Banking, Insurance, Life Science, or Healthcare sectors is advantageous.
