• Work on strategic, risk, regulatory, compliance, and legal projects in the Swiss financial services sector
• Prepare workshops and contribute to client discussions
• Analyze processes, identify inefficiencies, and support the design of optimized workflows and operating models
• Review and define risk and control frameworks
• Assist project teams in areas such as enforcement matters, restructuring, insolvency, and resolution processes

Who We Are Looking For

• Master's degree or close to graduation with an excellent academic record; university degree in business administration, economics, finance, law, engineering or similar
• Initial professional experience through internships or working student positions; experience from a consulting/legal/regulatory/financial services company is a plus
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and conceptual skills
• Team player with an open-minded personality
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent in German and English; any other language is considered an advantage
