Launch your career as a Consultant in our Tax & Legal team, where you will advise demanding clients on complex taxation issues. Our Tax team provides a wide range of integrated services that enable clients to efficiently manage both local and global challenges.

In this role, you will assist national and international clients in devising strategies to simplify tax management and gain global visibility for informed strategic decision-making. Join a team where success is not only measured by numbers but also celebrated together.

How You Can Make an Impact

• Engage in client-facing activities and take responsibility for cross-divisional projects across various industries from day one.
• Collaborate with your team to advise clients on complex tax issues, such as tax planning for multinational companies or M&A transactions.
• Develop a clear, long-term career path with access to internal and external professional training, along with support for becoming a dipl. Tax expert or pursuing studies in Swiss and International Taxation (MAS FH/LL.M).
• Join an international and interdisciplinary team offering ample learning opportunities on the job.

Who We Are Looking For

• You are curious, bold, respectful, and integrative with a positive, results-oriented attitude and a willingness to take on responsibility.
• You possess a flair for numbers and business connections, along with a thirst for knowledge that adds new perspectives to our projects.
• You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree from a university or university of applied sciences in law, business administration, or a related field, ideally with tax knowledge.
• Experience in the tax field is advantageous.
• You communicate confidently in German and English, with additional languages being a plus.
