Job Description

In this exciting role, you will be the primary Project Manager responsible for overseeing and organizing building construction projects, including single-family homes, multi-family residences, and commercial and industrial buildings. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading and coordinating project teams.
• Working closely with internal and external specialist planners.
• Managing scheduling, cost control, and quality assurance throughout project timelines.
• Acting as the central communication hub among clients, authorities, contractors, and planners.
• Assisting clients and tenants with project-related inquiries.
• Managing 2 to 3 parallel projects with the support of experienced site managers.

Your ability to navigate complex projects while addressing the needs of all stakeholders will be vital to your success.
