Job Description

In this exciting position, you will serve as the main Project Manager responsible for managing and organizing building construction projects, including single-family homes, multi-family buildings, and commercial and industrial projects. Your role will involve leading and coordinating project teams while working closely with both internal and external specialist planners. Key responsibilities include:

  • Scheduling and overseeing project timelines
  • Conducting cost control and budget management
  • Ensuring quality assurance throughout the project duration
  • Acting as the central communication interface between clients, authorities, contractors, and planners
  • Assisting clients and tenants with project-related inquiries
  • Managing 2 to 3 parallel projects with support from experienced site managers

Your ability to manage complex projects while considering the needs of all stakeholders will be crucial for the success of your projects.
