Job Description

In this exciting role, you will serve as a construction manager, overseeing the implementation of diverse new build and renovation projects. You will lead and coordinate the involved companies and undertake on-site construction management. When necessary, you’ll make minor adjustments to the plans. Your responsibilities include technical and financial oversight of projects, as well as the handover to the client and managing billing and guarantees. Your organizational skills and expertise are essential to the success of the projects you manage.

We Expect

• You have completed training as a draughtsman or technician in building construction, with additional qualifications as a construction manager or currently pursuing further education in this field.
• You possess strong organizational skills, a deep understanding of cost and schedule security, and are familiar with construction administration software and possibly ArchiCAD 22.
• You excel in collaborating with contractors and craftsmen, demonstrating loyalty and a results-oriented approach, while taking on significant personal responsibility.
• You possess several years of construction management experience specifically in Switzerland.
