Job Description

In the role of Building Administrator, you will be tasked with:

  • Implementing and supporting building application procedures
  • Advising municipalities and private builders
  • Reviewing building applications
  • Performing various administrative tasks

Requirements

We expect candidates to possess:

  • A qualification as a Building Administrator in the Canton of Aargau or foundational training in building administration and planning
  • Solid knowledge of Aargau planning and building law
  • Excellent proficiency in German, both spoken and written
  • A precise, organized, efficient work style, with the ability to work independently as well as in a team
