Job Description
- Independent management and organization of construction sites in the high-rise sector
- Coordination and leadership of employees
- Ensuring a smooth construction process in terms of quality, timelines, and costs
- Implementation of work preparation in collaboration with construction management
- Monitoring compliance with occupational safety and accident prevention regulations
- Documentation of construction progress and participation in inspections
What We Expect
- Completed training as a certified foreman/in (m/f/d) in high-rise construction or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in high-rise construction, ideally in a leading role
- Good knowledge of construction processes, construction plans, and technical drawings
- Assertiveness, organizational talent, and teamwork ability
- Responsible and independent work style
- Good proficiency in German, both spoken and written
