Job Description
- Independent management and organization of construction sites
- Coordination and leadership of employees
- Ensuring a smooth construction process regarding quality, deadlines, and costs
- Implementation of work preparation in coordination with site management
- Monitoring compliance with occupational safety and accident prevention regulations
- Documentation of construction progress and participation in final inspections
We Expect
- Completed training as a certified foreman (m/f/d) in construction or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in construction, ideally in a leadership role
- Good knowledge of construction processes, plans, and technical drawings
- Assertiveness, organizational talent, and a strong sense of teamwork
- Responsible and independent working style
- Proficient German language skills, both written and spoken
