Your Future Responsibilities
- Ensure daily maintenance and technical cleaning of production surfaces.
- Guarantee the cleanliness of common areas while upholding the necessary calm within the workshops, demonstrating absolute discretion.
- Perform end-of-day cleaning in the workshops to avoid any disruption to production.
- Support production as needed with cleaning tasks such as machine filters and oil changes.
- Maintain a building consisting of several apartments, ensuring all areas are well-kept.
- Clean hallways, stairs, and shared laundry facilities.
- Manage the upkeep of outdoor areas, including lawn mowing and maintaining the building's surroundings.
Your Profile
- A confirmed background in building maintenance or concierge services.
- Residence within 30 minutes of the village of Sentier.
- Recognized for your autonomy, initiative, and organizational skills.
- A trustworthy individual with a high level of discretion and excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Well-presented with a clean criminal record.
- Versatile, able to transition between indoor maintenance and outdoor tasks.
