Your Mission
We are looking for a motivated Compounding Operator who is ready to work in shifts in Visp and make a substantial contribution to the manufacturing of pioneering medicines. As a Compounding Operator, you are a crucial pillar in our production process. Your area of responsibility includes:
- Control and execution of the manufacturing of product solutions on a pilot scale, the core of liquid pharmaceutical filling.
- Active involvement in the operation of our highly automated, modern filling plant. You will monitor the process and perform essential activities on the isolator.
- Supporting the Line Supervisor/Anlagemeister during the mechanical and electronic changeovers of the filling plant.
- Ensuring complete, precise documentation of all manufacturing steps and adherence to the strictest quality standards through product controls using laboratory equipment.
- Joint responsibility for the strict adherence to all regulatory provisions and hygiene regulations (GMP).
- Proactive contribution within the production team towards the continuous further development and optimization of work processes.
Your Profile
We are looking for a motivated and committed professional who is ready to actively grow with us, combining in-depth technical knowledge with a pronounced cooperative spirit.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A completed apprenticeship as a Chemical/Biological Laboratory Technician (Chemie-/Biologielaborant:in) or an equivalent qualification.
- Some professional experience as a Laboratory Technician or QC Operator.
- Practical experience in industrial pharmaceutical production and proficiency in the GMP environment.
- Dedication as a team player with very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
- An openness to new ideas and the ability to quickly adapt to changing circumstances.
- Flexibility and motivation to continuously develop within our dynamic environment.
