Your Role

Your main responsibilities will include the end-to-end handling of Client Offboarding, which encompasses:
- Orchestration of all required activities with relevant internal partners, including cash transfers, asset transfers, product cancellations (e.g., cards, loans), and custody/account/relationship deactivation.
- Collaboration with other teams, such as the Asset Transfer Team and Front / Back Office.
- Support for the Front Office with responsibilities such as client contact, product sales, and mandate closures.
- Management of standard operating procedures and efforts to enhance processes.
- Identification of risk items and escalation to senior management as needed.
Your Team
You will be a part of the Client Offboarding Team, which consolidates the end-to-end Offboarding process for all Global Wealth Management clients. This position provides an excellent opportunity for professional growth and development within the organization.
Your Expertise
- Understanding of banking products.
- Strong language skills in English and German (both written and oral); additional languages are a plus.
- Commercial education/diploma or comparable qualification; higher graduation is advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, demonstrating flexibility, a positive attitude, and a results-driven mindset.
- Commitment to working on-site five days a week.
- Proven ability to deliver outputs with a high level of accuracy and quality service.
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn, with an openness to receiving and giving feedback.
