Chemist – Pressure Sensitive Adhesive (PSA) Technology
Amrize is seeking a skilled Chemist with experience in Pressure Sensitive Adhesives (PSA). This role involves the development, optimization, and scaling of innovative adhesive formulations, as well as providing support to both production and research & development teams.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop new PSA formulations
- Collaborate on R&D and innovation projects
- Assist with product industrialization and launch
- Optimize product quality and process stability
- Provide technical support for internal teams and customers
Requirements
- Master’s degree or PhD in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
- 5–7 years of experience in PSA chemistry
- Strong understanding of polymer and organic chemistry
- Laboratory experience and testing proficiency
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to travel approximately 20%
