Job Description
- Organization and management of installation team schedules
- Opening, monitoring, and closing of worksites
- Coordination of teams on-site and liaison with various stakeholders
- Monitoring progress of work, adherence to deadlines, and quality of execution
- Ensuring compliance with safety standards and technical requirements specific to woodworking restoration
- Regular reporting to management/site foreman
We Expect
- Proven experience in installation and restoration of woodworking
- Previous experience in supervising installation teams
- Excellent organization and priority management skills
- Very good communicator, comfortable with both teams and clients
- Impeccable French, both oral and written (essential)
- Autonomy, rigor, and sense of responsibility
