- Co-designing and conducting leisure activities and employment offers
- Promoting the independence and social integration of the individuals being cared for
- Close cooperation with relatives, interdisciplinary professionals, and therapists
- Careful documentation of care measures and support of quality assurance

- You have completed training as a Professional Care Specialist EFZ
- You enjoy accompanying people and recognizing their individual needs
- You are empathetic and possess a high level of social competence
- You work well in a team, are reliable, and take responsibility
- You have very good German language skills, both written and spoken
