Cabin Maintenance ensures the perfect functionality of all passenger seats and entertainment systems on the SWISS and EDELWEISS fleet. Maintaining a spotless cabin is also a key responsibility of a Cabin Technician.

Tasks

  • Perform Cabin Maintenance during A-, Weekly- and Daily Checks on SWISS and EDELWEISS Aircraft
  • Service and repair all cabin seat models
  • Implement modifications on the seats
  • Independently troubleshoot and rectify issues on First- and Business Class seats
  • Install and repair stretchers and movable class dividers
  • Utilize special ground equipment and purpose-built vehicles

Requirements

  • Completed technical apprenticeship (3 or 4 years)
  • Independent, conscientious, and innovative thinking and acting
  • Experience in Cabin Maintenance is advantageous
  • Willingness to work early and late shifts including weekends
  • Good IT skills, knowledge of AMOS is a plus
  • Proficient in spoken and written German and English
  • Category B driver’s license
