Job Description
- Serve and advise a discerning clientele in the meat department.
- Professionally cut and arrange meat products.
- Manage merchandise and implement sales promotion strategies.
Expectations
- Completed training as a butcher/charcutier, in retail management within the meat economy, or as a cook.
- Professional experience in a traditional butcher shop is an advantage.
- High availability and a strong sense of service.
- Flexibility in work hours.
- Independent, meticulous, and rigorous work ethic.
- Fluency in French, both written and spoken.
- Good interpersonal skills, team spirit, and a well-groomed appearance.
