Tasks
- Analyze demand, capacity utilization, and current market rates to ensure bid prices are accurately calculated.
- Execute calculations, evaluations, and the setup of flight segmentation and the Road Feeder Service network.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Network Steering Team Leader to calculate commercial flight goals and contribute to rolling budget decisions.
- Monitor commercial performance of flights and trucks, adjusting flight goals as needed.
- Contribute to the design and procurement of a road feeder service network.
- Engage in regular discussions with the sales organization to ensure flight goals are met.
- Make decisions regarding long-term commitments and contracted businesses.
- Participate in exchanges with contribution management, providing guidance on capacity segmentation.

Requirements
- A university degree or higher business education in a relevant field and over 5 years of professional experience in the commercial arena of airlines, air cargo, or transportation.
- Demonstrated experience in Contribution and/or Revenue Management.
- A highly motivated team player with a proactive and collaborative approach.
- A proven entrepreneurial, hands-on attitude, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills in a multicultural environment, with proficiency in professional negotiation.
- Proficiency in advanced software tools (MS Office); Excel is particularly advantageous.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
