How You Can Make an Impact

As a Business Analyst / Consultant, you will gain valuable hands-on experience from day one, supporting our client engagements to address their most pressing challenges in operations transformation, strategy definition, operational excellence, lending and payments, and technology implementations. In this role, you will:

• Apply your profound banking knowledge and expertise in technical business operations within sectors like Asset/Wealth Management and Investment/Core Banking.
• Solve challenges for our clients and support them in achieving their goals and priorities.
• Assist clients in preparing for growth, embracing the digital world, fostering innovation, and enhancing operational efficiency.
• Advise, design, implement, and deploy solutions in collaboration with our banking operations team within the banking sector.
• Collaborate with experienced and motivated practitioners from various areas of expertise who are committed to sharing their knowledge and supporting your career development.

Who We Are Looking For

• You hold a university degree in business administration, finance, economics, or a similar field of study.
• You have a strong interest in asset/wealth management and/or (investment) banking.
• Prior experience in consulting or in the financial services sector is an asset.
• You are an insightful thinker, confident with concepts, analyses, and frameworks, capable of thinking outside the box.
• You are an energetic team player with a positive "can-do" attitude and strong interpersonal skills. You are passionate about delivering outstanding results for clients and contributing to Deloitte's growth.
• You have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate business problems and recommendations to clients.
• You can work independently and know when to engage relevant stakeholders for support or insights.
• You have knowledge or experience in banking operating models, the regulatory or financial landscape, digitalization in banking, or process improvements.
• You are fluent in both German and English; French is a plus.
• You are willing to travel within Switzerland and potentially abroad.
