We are currently seeking a Building Technician - Automation Specialist for one of our esteemed clients. This role offers an opportunity to contribute significantly to the maintenance and management of building infrastructure.
Your Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure the general maintenance of buildings, including the cleanliness of common areas and the management of small restoration work such as electrical equipment, solar installations, light carpentry, minor sanitation work, and ventilation.
- Act as a primary point of contact by overseeing the reception of service providers, monitoring technical interventions, and ensuring the smooth progress of work.
- Commission communication gateways with the engineer.
- Conduct building surveillance and report any malfunctions or inappropriate behavior.
- Occasionally perform inspection visits or accompany third parties (service providers, experts, visitors) on-site.
Your Profile:
- You possess a vocational diploma as an electrician or automation technician.
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role in concierge or building maintenance.
- You are proficient with computer tools, including computer-assisted maintenance management (GMAO) and production systems.
- You are versatile, hands-on, and resourceful.
- You exhibit a sense of responsibility, proactivity, and problem-solving skills to address daily minor issues.
- You are autonomous, reliable, have excellent interpersonal skills, and maintain great discretion.
- A driver's license is essential.
