Your Future Responsibilities

• Interpret and analyze architectural plans.
• Lead and manage a team of 10 to 15 individuals.
• Oversee materials management, prepare, monitor, and control construction sites.
• Compile and maintain detailed site reports.
• Ensure the execution and quality of work meets standards.
• Provide expert advice to clients on construction matters.
• Guarantee adherence to current safety regulations.

Your Profile

• Training as a team leader or an equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience in the construction sector.
• Proficient command of the French language.
• Possession of a vehicle and a valid driver's license is mandatory.
• Reside within 1 hour and 15 minutes of Neuchâtel or be willing to relocate.
• At least 3 years of confirmed experience in Switzerland.
