Job Description
- Coordinate and supervise a team of masons on the construction site.
- Organize daily work and distribute tasks effectively.
- Ensure the quality of work performed meets plans and safety regulations.
- Manage materials and equipment required for the job.
- Monitor and control work progress timelines.
- Collaborate with the project manager to ensure compliance with plans and budgets.
We Expect
- Proven experience as a mason, including leadership roles in the construction sector.
- In-depth knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and processing methods.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Excellent team and resource management skills.
- Thorough understanding of occupational safety regulations and the capacity to apply them.
- Valid Driving License B.
- Precision, reliability, and a demonstrated ability to work under pressure.
