Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve classic and signature cocktails, spirits, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Provide warm, attentive, and professional service in the bar and lounge area.
• Create a welcoming atmosphere and engage with guests in a natural and friendly manner.
• Ensure bar mise en place, cleanliness, and organization before, during, and after service.
• Manage stock, handle deliveries, and support inventory control.
• Adhere to hygiene, safety, and HACCP standards.
• Work closely with the Chef de Bar, service, kitchen, and management teams.
• Support events and special evenings, such as rooftop events and private functions.
