Position: GT Auxiliary Mechanical Engineer (m/f)

Strengthen our team in Switzerland (Baden) with your expertise and experience as a GT Auxiliary Mechanical Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and executing gas turbine auxiliary systems.

Your Responsibilities

  • Design and execute gas turbine auxiliaries, focusing on enclosures, valves, and actuators for fuel control and cooling air systems.
  • Develop conceptual designs, select components, and perform systems calculations to ensure compliance with gas turbine requirements.
  • Coordinate with suppliers during the detailed design and project execution phases.
  • Provide technical expertise to our service department.
  • Configure product structures for execution.

Your Profile

  • Master's Degree in Engineering
  • At least 3 years of experience in mechanical systems design and execution
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in project execution
  • Proven expertise in carrying out system calculations for ventilation systems and/or fuel gas systems and control valves
  • Experience in commissioning rotating equipment is beneficial
  • Familiarity with instrumentation and controls is welcome
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Skills in setting up technical documentation for component specifications
  • Experience in designing system packages with suppliers
  • Willingness to travel worldwide, up to 10%
  • Excellent command of English; knowledge of Italian is a great asset, and German is an advantage
