Join Our International Private Banking Team in Zurich
Our international Private Banking business, located in the heart of Zurich, has a distinguished reputation for providing exceptional services to our high-net-worth individual clients. We are seeking an experienced and service-oriented individual to join our dynamic team as an Assistant Relationship Manager.
Your Responsibilities
- Support and assist the Relationship Manager in serving international private banking clients.
- Manage the account opening process for new clients, collaborating closely with the internal compliance team.
- Execute and monitor client orders, including payments and securities transactions.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients regarding operational and administrative matters.
- Prepare and follow up on client meetings, including the generation of presentations and reports.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, such as KYC and AML.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments, including Compliance, Legal, and Operations.
Your Profile
- Successfully completed banking apprenticeship or equivalent qualification.
- Additional formal education is highly valued.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within an international private bank.
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong client orientation with a sense of responsibility.
- Independent, precise, and structured working style.
- Prior experience with the Avaloq core banking system is ideal.
- Hebrew language skills are a plus; French is an additional asset.
