Responsibilities

  • Perform check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Manage the Front Office and lead the team.
  • Handle cash, process payments, and double-check billing details.
  • Manage reservations and monitor room availability, as necessary.

Qualifications & Skills

  • At least two years of professional experience in the upscale hotel industry, ideally in the reservation area.
  • Proficiency in oral and written communication skills (German/French/English).
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office.
  • Familiarity with Opera Cloud software is preferred.
  • Guest-oriented with professional work ethics and sales talent.
  • Swiss or EU/EFTA citizenship is required due to work permit regulations.
