Responsibilities

  • Perform check-in and check-out procedures
  • Manage the Front Office and lead the team
  • Handle cash, process payments, and double-check billing details
  • Manage reservations and monitor room availability as necessary

Qualifications & Skills

  • At least two years of professional experience in the upscale hotel industry, ideally in the reservations area
  • Proficient in oral and written communication skills in German, French, or English
  • Strong computer skills, particularly with MS Office
  • Familiar with Opera software (Opera Cloud) is preferred
  • Guest-oriented with a professional demeanor and sales talent
  • Swiss or EU/EFTA citizenship is required due to work permit regulations
