Assistant Front Office Manager

Responsibilities

  • Perform check-in and check-out procedures
  • Manage the Front Office and lead the team
  • Handle cash, process payments, and double-check billing details
  • Manage reservations and monitor room availability as necessary

Qualifications & Skills

  • At least two years of professional experience in the upscale hotel industry, ideally in reservations
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in German, French, and English
  • Proficient computer skills and familiarity with MS Office
  • Knowledge of Opera (Opera Cloud) is preferred
  • Guest-oriented with a professional demeanor and sales aptitude
  • Swiss or EU/EFTA citizenship due to work permit requirements
