Job Opportunity: Architect - Execution Planning

We are seeking a skilled architect with a focus on execution planning to support the development and implementation of our projects. You will take on the responsibility of in-depth project processing in close coordination with specialist planners, clients, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Create precise working and detail plans.
• Coordinate technical interfaces.
• Prepare tender documents.
• Participate in procurement processes.
• Oversee the implementation on construction sites.
• Contribute to the qualitative evolution of projects during realization.

Qualifications

You should have completed a degree in architecture (ETH/FH) and possess a minimum of three to five years of professional experience in execution planning. The ideal candidate will:

• Communicate confidently in German.
• Work meticulously and solution-oriented.
• Be familiar with applicable standards, constructions, and materials.
• Maintain oversight even in complex project phases.
