Architect – Execution

We are seeking an experienced Architect – Execution to join our dynamic team immediately or by appointment. Our dedicated, young, and collaborative team is looking for motivated architects (ETH/FH) with execution and tender experience, specifically for the realization of high-quality renovation and conversion projects in Zurich, transforming spaces for new uses.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will bring:

• A strong awareness of architectural quality.
• Several years of experience in the technical and constructive implementation of complex construction projects in a similar role within Switzerland.
• Experience dealing with heritage preservation requirements.
• Ability to think conceptually and solution-oriented.
• Extensive knowledge of the entire construction process.
• Self-responsibility, team orientation, and reliability.
• Proficiency in CAD (ArchiCAD) and confident communication in German.
