Your Mission:
- Act as the key contact for dedicated customers to deliver complete solutions using ETEL products for their applications
- Provide technical training and support to subsidiaries and customers on the utilization of ETEL products
- Create, maintain, and update training and course materials
- Generate and update application and technical notes
- Serve as an expert on ETEL products, understanding their application in various customer contexts
- Analyze problems and devise solutions to address customer and market needs
- Develop best-known methods and practices for ETEL product utilization
- Assist our sales teams by providing demonstrations and technical information on our products during customer negotiations
- Conduct commissioning, testing, and demonstrations of ETEL products
- Recommend product improvements
- This role involves approximately 20% travel for business purposes
Your Profile:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering (electronic, mechatronic, physics, or equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in applications engineering
- Proven experience in mechatronics or industrial machine design is an advantage
- Strong programming skills in languages such as C++/C#, Matlab, Python, etc.
- Knowledge of control and regulation theory
- Fluent in written and spoken English; French is a plus
