Your Mission:
- Serve as the key contact for dedicated customers, ensuring comprehensive solutions with ETEL products.
- Provide technical training and support to subsidiaries and customers regarding the use of ETEL products.
- Create, maintain, and update training and course materials.
- Generate and update application and technical notes.
- Act as a product expert, understanding their application in various customer contexts.
- Analyze problems and devise solutions to meet customer and market needs.
- Develop best-known methods and practices for utilizing ETEL products.
- Support our sales teams by delivering demonstrations and technical information on our products, assisting them during customer negotiations.
- Perform commissioning of ETEL products, including tests and demonstrations.
- Recommend product improvements.
- This role includes approximately 20% business travel.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering (Electronic, Mechatronic, Physics, or equivalent).
- 5 years of experience in applications engineering.
- Proven experience in mechatronics or industrial machine design is a plus.
- Good programming skills (C++/C#, Matlab, Python, etc.).
- Knowledge of control and regulation theory.
- Fluent in written and spoken English; proficiency in French is a plus.
