Position: Aircraft Technician
As an Aircraft Technician, you will ensure the timely execution of assembly, maintenance, and repair tasks by adhering to work instructions and quality processes. You will be responsible for documenting all sub-assembly, final assembly, and maintenance activities on aircraft, payloads, and other products while proposing root cause and corrective actions for products and systems.
Your Main Tasks:
- Conduct incoming goods inspections and testing, as well as sub-assembly and final assembly of aircraft, accessories, and payloads.
- Perform scheduled and non-scheduled aircraft maintenance work at our Swiss headquarters and globally.
- Manage non-scheduled aircraft repair tasks, including sub-systems removal, installation, replacements, and subsequent testing at our Swiss headquarters and globally.
- Ensure all pre-and post-flight maintenance is conducted, recorded, and signed off.
- Maintain all Ground Support Equipment (GSE) in serviceable condition to support daily flight operations.
- Prepare for the transportation of aircraft, payloads, and other equipment, particularly in compliance with Dangerous Goods requirements.
- Prepare aircraft, Ground Control Systems (GCS), and data transmission systems for maintenance and flight, assist external pilots as required, and manage ground movements during flight missions.
- Act as a Technician instructor for internal and/or external training programs.
- Support root cause analysis and fault diagnosis using test equipment, and implement approved corrective actions to resolve issues as they arise.
- Provide reporting on executed tasks as required by HR, Finance, or Quality departments.

- A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a technician for manned and/or unmanned aircraft, with thorough knowledge of aircraft assembly and maintenance requirements.
- Strong technical and practical understanding of complex mechanical, mechatronic, and electrical systems.
- Process-oriented with structured work methods.
- Responsible and possessing good technical understanding and communication skills.
- Proficient in English (oral and written); proficiency in German is desirable.
