Your Future Responsibilities

  • Provide reception and front desk services while managing the telephone switchboard and emails.
  • Create work sheets and delivery notes.
  • Organize international shipments, including the preparation of necessary documentation.
  • Prepare and issue invoices.
  • Offer administrative support for supplier orders and customer offer preparations.
  • Manage mail, filing, and archiving.
  • Handle office supplies to ensure smooth daily administrative operations.

Your Profile

  • Ideally, you have confirmed experience in a similar role.
  • You are comfortable with IT tools and possess a strong capacity for learning.
  • You are fluent in French, both spoken and written; knowledge of English and/or Italian is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with Odoo, Monday, or Winbiz tools is a plus.
  • You are organized, autonomous, meticulous, and enjoy versatile tasks.
