Collaborating closely with our affiliate, the esteemed English law firm Howard Rosen Solicitors, we specialize in establishing and managing trusts as well as Swiss and offshore companies for our diverse international clientele. We are seeking a motivated and reliable professional to join our small, dynamic team and contribute to our continued growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing accounting and administrative support to the company, the law firm, and our clients. The work environment is engaging, and we are eager to find an accountant with the appropriate fiduciary and administrative experience. Our office utilizes state-of-the-art technology, with software primarily based on Windows systems. Below is a detailed description of the position we are looking to fill:

Accountant with Fiduciary Experience

Nationality/Work Status

Swiss or EU citizen or holder of a "C" Permit

Qualifications

• Swiss qualified accountant (preferably with Fachausweis Treuhänder or equivalent practical experience)
• Several years of experience in an international fiduciary company with global contacts
• Excellent written and spoken English and German; additional languages are a plus but not essential
• Expertise in managing Swiss and foreign companies (incorporation, general management, and liquidation)
• Good working knowledge of Swiss and international VAT, as well as other Swiss tax matters for companies and individuals
• Experience with payroll administration
• Familiarity with anti-money laundering compliance
• Excellent PC skills (Word, Excel, SAGE)
• General administration skills
