Your Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Oversee the professional execution and realization of assigned projects, including coordinating technician deployments.
  • Customer Orders: Process customer orders to achieve time, cost, and quality objectives.
  • Customer Support: Manage and nurture customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and expansion.
  • Technical Consulting: Handle customer inquiries and provide expert technical advice on access control systems.
  • Quotes and Submissions: Create quotes and maintain the submission process, including follow-ups and reporting.
  • Main Point of Contact: Act as the primary contact for customers and partners from inquiry to project completion.
  • Construction Meetings: Conduct meetings with customers, planners, and authorities, while monitoring construction sites and reporting on progress.
  • Project Plans: Create and update project plans, including execution plans and schematics according to process guidelines.
  • Solution Proposals: Develop innovative solution proposals when project objectives are at risk and collaborate with team leadership on corrective actions.
  • Reporting: Ensure accurate reporting of internal and external service operations as well as invoicing for projects.
  • Maintenance Contracts: Finalize maintenance contracts while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Your Skills

  • Work Experience: Several years of professional experience in access control technology, along with leadership experience.
  • Further Education: Commercial training is advantageous.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge in electrical engineering/electronics, the MS Office suite, and expertise in access control technology, preferably Honeywell products.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in German, with additional proficiency in French and English being advantageous.
  • Driver's License: Valid category B driver's license.
  • Personal Strengths: Responsible actions, precise and independent work ethic, strong customer service orientation, good manners, and a well-groomed appearance. You possess high assertiveness, excellent communication, and negotiation skills. A strong sense of quality, organizational flair, and teamwork capability, coupled with the ability to remain calm in hectic situations.
  • Clean Record: No entries in the central criminal registry or debt collection registry.
